POG Moving & Helpers may provide equipment are as a FREE courtesy during the course of the move.
POG Moving & Helpers will provide the moving labor service number of movers and for your requested number of hours.
POG Moving & Helpers reserves the right during the course of the move and as determined by, including but not limited to the following conditions: safety, weight, preparedness, proper equipment/materials and weather.
POG Moving & Helpers may by any and or all of the aforementioned conditions require additional crew, equipment, time and improved conditions.
POG Moving & Helpers accrued additional hours and/or movers may be added at such time that your pre-paid hours have been completed. You may complete this option through either the original 3rd party service provider with whom you have pre-paid through or may pay directly to.
Any driving mileage above and beyond at the time arrival to the original/start location above 5 miles may incur an additional travel/distance fee.
POG Moving & Helpers accepts U.S. currency or a valid credit card of your choice: Visa/MC or Amex.
All credit card transactions must be completed and/or called in from location upon completion of work.
All tips and gratuities are accepted, welcome and 100% movers only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to guarantee access to proper equipment and moving materials, i.e.; dollies, padding, boxes, straps, tools etc. for the purposes of moving their items. Many of these items are available through the original 3rd party service provider or ask POG Moving & Helpers in advance of start date.
It is the customer(s) responsibility to provide a safe working environment. Children and pets need to be placed in a safe area away from the work site during the scheduled move.
POG Moving & Helpers may provide additional service(s) of standard un/assembly of furniture, electronics, and appliances is a courtesy that may be added/included within your total hours per work/job.
Moving Labor Only Services
Property Insurance Qualifications: The Following is a list of General Points. Please ask any and all questions prior. There is NO FEDERAL Law or Regulation mandating a Minimum Property Insurance Coverage for Moving Labor Services
POG Moving & Helpers and it’s affiliates are legally licensed, as applicable by law per city, county and state
POG Moving & Helpers does carry $1,000,000.00/ $2,000,000,00.00 liability coverage in the event of injury and/or death of any team member while on your property
When POG Moving & Helpers and its’ affiliates provide Moving Labor Service(s) Only; the client(s), for items being moved, is responsible for any and all damages to personal, chattel and real property.
Any damage(s) occurring by POG Moving & Helpers during the course of a load and/ or unload only are to be addressed with the crew lead and a Customer Damage Claim completed before completion of the move. Any and all Customer Damage Claim(s) that are not witnessed by a POG Moving & Helpers crew lead will not be validated.
Full Service Moving Only
POG Moving & Helpers complies with U.S. DOT Standard Weights & Measures under FMCSA with providing a Standard Limited Liability Policy for all Full Service Moving.
This policy is provided FREE to all customers at a rate of up to $0.60 per pound per damaged part, not entire item. This same coverage applies to any verified missing item(s).
POG Moving & Helpers and its affiliates will repair or replace damaged or missing items as determined by U.S. Dot Standard Weights & Measures
POG Moving & Helpers and its affiliates are liable for damages/missing items for load and/or unload only. Any and all damage and/or missing item(s), that occur during transit, are not covered for any valuation.
POG Moving & Helpers will provide, for FREE, on any and all, both in-state and interstate moves Partial and Full Moving Service Packages, the following provisional insurance(s)
Standard Limited Liability Policy
PMH Cargo Coverage included and up to $25,000.00
SafeMove Policy or its equivalent
This policy protects customer’s items in the event of fire, vehicle accident, water damage and other “Acts of God” up to $5,000.00.
All damage/ missing items claims must be documented with the crew lead for the job prior to finalizing the order and payment in full.
Any and all Customer Damage Claims must be reported to the crew lead by completion of job order.
Non-Insurable Items List: Please refer to Addendum B. with a following is a list of included, but not limited to, the following items that cannot be protected under the above insurance policies.
